🎉 OMT turns 1 year! 🎉

Time flies when you're having fun – and working hard! A year ago, we took our first steps, and since then we've grown, learned (sometimes the hard way), and evolved into what we are today.

We've survived Monday morning coffee crises, technical challenges that almost made us reconsider our career choices, and meetings that were supposed to last 30 minutes but turned into strategy days. But most importantly, we’ve created something we’re proud of, together!

A huge thank you to all our clients, partners, and amazing colleagues who have been part of this journey. We're excited for another year filled with even more successes, laughter, and maybe even a bit more structure in the calendar (but no promises).
